Jasc animation shopfull program (free). This is what i use for all of my graphics. You can do almost everything on here. From animations to blends. If you know how to, although there not as good quality as photoshop, but what do you wnt for free?

colour spyfull program (free). This is a really good program you can use to find the colour you want on your computer screen. Just drag the pipette to the colour you wnt to know the html code of and copy it. Its really simple and useful.

eyecandy 3full program (free). Eyecandy 3 is a plug-in program you can use to your paint shop pro or photoshop. You can make cool text and aply different effects.

giffyfull program (free). This program is very useful and gret to use when you're going to make transparent pictures. For all you guys who dont have paint shop pro, this is the program for you.

xnviewfull program (free). This is a photo fixing program. This program is totally free, its not all simular to paint shop pro so you cant make blends/layouts, but you can fix your personal photos and make them look even better.
